Tour Description

We depart from Antigua Guatemala to visit Tikal, Atitlan Lake and Chichicastenango. Visit the best of Guatemala in seven days!

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1
	Welcome upon arrival and transfer to Antigua.
	Dinner & accommodation at Hotel Las Farolas or similar.
Day 2
9:00 a.m.	After breakfast, we depart from the hotel to Antigua Guatemala to visit Main Square, The Cathedral, San Francisco El Grande Church, The Convent of Capuchinas, Hotel Museum Casa Santo Domingo ending at a jade and silver factory.
01:00 a.m.	Time for lunch
2:00 p.m.	We then visit: San Juan del Obispo and its Monastery of Bishop Marroquín, San Pedro Las Huertas and its public fountain/laundry, Ciudad Vieja it was the 2nd Capital of Guatemalan Kingdom, San Antonio Aguas Calientes, famous for its textiles, Macadamia Nut Farm, ending the trip in your hotel.
6:00 p.m.	Dinner & accommodation at Hotel Las Farolas or similar.
Day 3
7:00 a.m.	Early this morning, we depart from the hotel in Antigua to the highlands, we make a stop for breakfast.
10:00 a.m.	We arrive to Panajachel, main town in front of Lake Atitlán where you will take a boat ride through the Lake, visiting Santiago Atitlán, San Antonio & Santa Catarina Palopó. We then return by boat to Panajachel.
	Rest of the day free to explore Panajachel by yourself.
6:30 p.m.	Dinner & accommodation at Hotel Cacique Inn or similar
Day 4
8:00 a.m.	After having breakfast early in the morning we depart to the famous open air Market of Chichicastenango and its Church Santo Tomás.
1:00 p.m.	Free time for lunch.
4:00 p.m.	We depart to Guatemala City.
8:00 p.m.	After arrival we have dinner and accommodation at Hotel Biltmore Express.
Day 5
5:00 a.m.	Shuttle service from Hotel Biltmore Express to the National Airport.
5:14 a.m.	Check in at airline counter.
06:30 a.m.	Flight from Guatemala to Flores.
07:10 a.m.	Welcome upon arrival by the representative of Hotel Jungle Lodge desk and transportation from Flores airport to Tikal Park.
09:00 a.m.	Four hours walking tour with English speaking guide starting the trip inside the Archeological site observing the model of it, then visiting the Complex “Q” & “R”, Main Plaza, North and South Acropolis, Complex of the Lost World, Temples I, II, III y IV.
12:30 p.m.	Lunch at hotel restaurant
02:30 p.m.	Visit to the Museum by your own
03:00 p.m.	Check Inn at the Hotel, dinner and accommodation.
Day 6
7:30 a.m.	Breakfast at hotel restaurant and rest of the morning free.
02:00 p.m.	Transportation from Hotel Jungle Lodge to the airport in Flores.
03:40 p.m.	Check in at airline Counter
05:00 p.m.	Flight from Flores to Guatemala
05:45 p.m.	Arrival at the Airport and transfer to Hotel Biltmore Express.
6:00 p.m.	Dinner and accommodation at Hotel Biltmore Express.
Important Notices: Local Airport fee of Q20 per person each way, it is already included. You need to bring your ORIGINAL PASSPORT to the airline counter. Bring comfortable clothing and shoes, climate is hot and humid, bring along mosquito repellent and sun lotion. Electricity works irregularly by electric plant from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. your hotel is located in the middle of the jungle. Truly incredible experience!
Day 7
	Breakfast at your convenience.
	Transfer out to the Intl. Airport.

Departure Dates
All year round (just Market Days must be Sunday or Thursday, if not we can change the schedule of the visits to Panajachel) Tour Size: Tour will operate with a minimum group size of 02 and maximum 12 people traveling together, single supplement will apply after two passengers confirmed.
