Yaxha, Topoxte & Uaxactun Tours
Uaxactun is the most ancient of the Mayan cities and it is believed that it was here where the mayans consolidated their culture. Yaxha is located halfway between El Remate and the Belize Border. The site is situated in the dense forest on a ridge above the Laguna Yaxha. On the southern shore of the lagoon there is another small site named Topoxte.

Tour Description
Full day visit of Yaxha & Topoxte. On the banks of its beautiful lagoon is the Maya ruin site of Yaxhá ("Green Water"). Yaxhá was the third largest Maya city in the Peten area. We then take a boat trip to the nearby island ruins at Topoxte ("Ramon Tree").

Uaxactun
Tour Description
Uaxactun is located 24 kilometers from Tikal. It was inhabited from the middle Pre-Classic on through the late Classic period, but flourished mainly in the Classic Period, from 500 AD to 900 AD.
